With a choice of conference rooms situated away from the main thoroughfare of the Hotel, providing the peace and quiet conducive to a successful meeting. There is a large free car park and corporate accommodation rates for out of town colleagues.

Conference facilities include a fully zoned audio system, the latest DLP and video projector with motorised screen. There are internet points throughout the Hotel, plasma screens, ample power points and radio microphones.

Each room has good natural light but they are all fitted with black-out blinds and digital lighting system.

Your conference will be setup with still and sparkling water, Oldcastle House Hotel stationery, tea and coffee. Light snacks or a full lunch will be catered for either in the conference room or another of our dining areas should you like a break.
